Orcas Island FC is a new soccer club forming under the leadership of the islands most involved coaches, parents and players, plus Park and Rec! OIFC is developing a youth coaching curriculum to improve skill levels and volunteer coaching while fostering an inclusive soccer community through events and new opportunities, like fun tournaments.

OIFC is excited to be featured in the Orcas Island Community Foundation’s Give Where You Live Catalog this spring! Funding from this grant will help OIFC achieve 3 key goals in partnership with OIPRD: implement a new “academy” model of coaching and player development; increase leagues, games and other soccer-playing opportunities; and provide an inclusive soccer atmosphere for all youth and adults who play on Orcas.
